The short version: buy anything and if you are not satisfied within 30 days, ask for a refund. No questions asked.
Eligibility
All one time products are covered for 30 days from purchase. This includes downloadable files, templates and license keys. Subscriptions are refunded for the unused portion of the current paid period. For annual plans this means the remaining full months.
How to request
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm within 1 business day and send the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When we issue a refund we revoke download access and license keys for that order and deactivate any remaining activations.
Abuse
Digital products can be copied, so we keep download logs. If someone repeatedly requests refunds for the same product we may decline further requests. This is rare. The 30 day policy above is the rule, not the exception.
Exceptions
If a product page states a stricter refund term, that term applies to that product. Sale items use the same 30 day terms.
