How do I get my product after I pay?
Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive a receipt with your download link or license key, and the same item appears in your account under My Downloads. If the email ever lands in spam, log in. Everything stays available there.
How do refunds work?
Request one within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked, back to your original payment method. Subscriptions are refunded proportionally for the time you didn't use. Just email us with your order number.
How do I get updates?
Updates are free. Downloadable products get new versions in your download area with a changelog; subscription products include updates while your subscription is active. Bug fixes and new versions are included, never sold separately.

Can you build something custom?
Not at the moment — I’m focused on ready-made products in the store. If you have an idea you’d love to see, email me and tell me what you need. You can also follow the newsletter — I’ll share there when custom availability opens again.
How does quoting work?
Fill the brief on the Custom Work page (budget range + description). I reply with scope, revision rounds, exclusions, an honest timeline estimate, and a quote. Once Phase 2 is live, approved quotes become a private checkout link; until then everything is handled by email.
