What we collect
- Order and account data: name, email address, order history, downloads and license keys. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your purchase.
- Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date and IP of your opt-in, only if you subscribe.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and product views, so we can decide what to build next.
Why we collect it
We use your data to process orders, deliver products, answer support requests, prevent fraud and send updates if you have given consent. We keep only what each task needs and delete it when that task is done.
Cookies
Our site uses only the cookies needed for shopping, such as cart, login and security. Third party embeds such as YouTube load only with your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or an export of your order history, by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
Sensitive data
Skill Pack prompts run in your own AI app. We never see your conversations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our payment provider, our email delivery service and when the law requires it.
