Description
You make the product. You pack the order. You also have to post. And the hardest part is always the first line.
This is a plain XLSX pack that gives you that first line for the next 90 days. 300 hooks, sorted so you do not post the same type twice in a row, plus a calendar that tells you what to post Monday to Thursday. Open in Excel or Google Sheets, pick one, swap in your product, post.
Price: $19 once. No subscription. No upsell. You get the file right after payment and you can re-download it from your account. 30-day refund. If it does not save you time, email [email protected] within 30 days and you get your money back.
What you get
- 300 hooks ready to copy. Written as first lines, not vague ideas. Replace the bracketed part with your product or niche and post.
- 90-day calendar. 90 posting slots, set for Monday to Thursday. That is 3 to 4 posts a week, the pace most solo sellers can actually keep.
- 20 topic templates. Reusable structures for product posts, behind the scenes, lessons learned and comparison posts. Use them when a hook alone is not enough.
- Pure XLSX. One file, three sheets: Hook Bank, Calendar, Templates. Works in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. No login, no AI, no extra tool.
- Publishing rhythm guide. A one-page note on what to post on which weekday and why Monday to Thursday tends to get more saves and replies before the weekend buying dip.
What is inside
Every hook is tagged by purpose so your feed stays balanced. The split is fixed and counted:
- Make Money 30% (90 hooks). Product value, offers, and buying reasons. Example: “This $18 detail saves you 2 hours every week. Here is how.”
- Teardown 30% (90 hooks). Process, materials, and decisions behind the product. Example: “I remade this listing 4 times. Version 3 is where sales started.”
- Avoid Pitfalls 25% (75 hooks). Mistakes, lessons, and what not to buy. Example: “3 Etsy photo mistakes that make a $30 item look like $9.”
- Save Money 15% (45 hooks). Budget swaps, tools, and low cost alternatives. Example: “A $0 packing swap that cut my shipping damage to zero.”
The 20 topic templates sit behind the hooks. For example: Price Breakdown, Before/After, Supplier Choice, Customer Question Answered, One Week With the Product. Each template has a fill-in structure and two finished examples.
Who it is for
Built for Etsy and Shopify sellers and solo creators who do their own content with limited time.
- You post yourself, 3 to 4 times a week, and you run out of angles by week two
- Your product is real and you can talk about making it, pricing it, or packing it
- You want a simple file you can edit without learning a new app
Who it is not for: If you need daily Reels scripts, AI auto posting, or a guarantee of views and sales, this is not it. This pack does not run your account and it does not promise traffic. It gives you the first line and a plan to keep going.
How to use it in 20 minutes a week
- Step 1: Pick the day. Open the Calendar sheet. Monday is Make Money, Tuesday is Teardown, Wednesday is Avoid Pitfalls, Thursday is Save Money. That rotation is the default. Keep it or swap two days to fit your shop.
- Step 2: Copy one hook. Go to the Hook Bank sheet, filter the tag for that day, copy one line. Replace , [price], [material] or [time] with your specifics. Keep the rest. Do not rewrite the whole sentence.
- Step 3: Add your proof. Add one photo, one short video, or one screenshot that proves the line. Post. Check it off in the calendar. Move to the next slot.
Batch tip: Many sellers pick 8 hooks on Sunday, write 8 captions in one sitting, and schedule them Monday to Thursday for two weeks. That is the intended workflow.
What it will not do
- No AI and no account connection. This is a file, not software.
- No traffic or sales guarantee. Hooks help you start. What happens after depends on your product, price, photos and how consistently you post.
- No niche specific copy. Hooks are written for small physical and digital product shops in general. You add the product details.
File and delivery
- Format: .xlsx, 3 sheets, about 350 KB. Unlocked so you can edit, sort and filter.
- Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, WPS. No macros, no fonts to install.
- Delivery: Instant download after payment. Download link on the order page and in your receipt email. Log in anytime to re-download from My Account > Downloads.
- License: For one seller or one small team sharing one shop. Do not resell or share the file itself. Your posts written with it are yours.
Updates: 12 months included
You get 12 months of free updates. If we fix wording, add hooks, or improve the calendar, you get the new file at no extra cost. We upload the new version to the same product and you re-download it from your account. If you bought within the last 12 months, you will also get an email when a new version is live.
After 12 months, you keep the version you have forever. You just do not get newer versions unless you buy again.
From the maker
I am Yixing. I run this store myself and I build small practical tools for solo sellers who do everything alone. I made this pack because I watched friends with good products quit posting after week three. Not because they had nothing to say, but because writing the first line from scratch every time is exhausting.
This is not a growth hack. It is a box of first lines sorted by purpose, with a calendar that keeps you from posting four product pitches in a row. I use the same four buckets for this store. If a hook feels off for your niche, skip it. There are 299 others.
FAQ
Do I need AI or any other tool?
No. This is a plain XLSX file. Open it, filter by tag, copy a line. Some sellers paste hooks into ChatGPT to expand them. You can, but you do not need to.
Will this get me more views or sales?
No file can promise that. Posting consistently with varied angles tends to help you learn what your audience responds to. This pack makes consistency easier. It does not control the algorithm, your price, or your photos.
What exactly do I download?
One .xlsx file with three sheets: Hook Bank with 300 tagged hooks, 90-Day Calendar with 90 dated slots for Monday to Thursday, and 20 Topic Templates with fill in structures and examples.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the xlsx to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets. Filters and editing work the same.
Does it fit my niche?
Hooks are written for small shops selling physical or digital products, handmade, print on demand, templates, and similar solo creator offers. If your shop relies on highly regulated claims such as health or finance, many Teardown and Avoid Pitfalls hooks will still fit, but review your compliance before posting.
How do updates work?
For 12 months after purchase you get every new version free. Re-download from My Account > Downloads. We also email buyers from the last 12 months when a version goes live. After 12 months you keep your file but need a new purchase for later versions.
What is the refund policy?
30 days. If you open the file and it does not save you time, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We refund to your original payment method and confirm within 1 business day. The full policy is on the store Refund page and it is the same for this product.
Can I share it with my team or VA?
Yes, within one shop. One purchase covers you and anyone directly helping you run that shop. Do not resell, share publicly, or upload the file itself.
How to use it
Not sure how to lay out three months of posts? I wrote a free guide on the method behind the calendar: how to plan a 90 day content calendar in one sitting. It covers the four-bucket rotation and the two-hour planning session, and it works with a plain notebook too.
