What is inside the file
- README: how to read the colors (yellow = your input, blue = official defaults, gray = results), the exact profit formula, and the quarterly check schedule (fees every quarter, VAT/tax/shipping every half year). Last verified: 2026-08-20.
- PARAMS: 22 fee lines across Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, gateways, tax and shipping/returns. Each line has value, condition, source hyperlink and override note.
- CALCULATOR: switchable Etsy/Shopify/Gumroad math, tiered card rates by plan, offsite toggle, monthly fee spread, discount and return loss. Break-even avoids divide-by-zero.

A note on accuracy
Every default is taken from the official fee pages as of 2026-08-20 (linked in PARAMS). Fees change. The sheet is built so you can override any blue cell, and we publish a quarterly check (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct for platform fees, half-yearly for VAT/tax/shipping). Last verified date is on the README.
