How to use

1. Log each application. Open Applications. Add company, role, link, date, and status. Set the next step date so you know when to check back.
2. Save the resume version. Go to Resume Versions. Name the file you sent, note what you changed for that role, and link it to that application. Keep the file in your drive, log it here.
3. Track every outreach. Use Outreach for emails and messages to recruiters or referrals. Add who you wrote to, when, and when to follow up. Check the follow up column each morning.
4. Prep one STAR story before each interview. Open the STAR sheet. Pick a story that fits the role, fill the four boxes, and score clarity from 1 to 5. Trim until you can tell it calmly in about two minutes.

Tip: At the end of each week, filter Applications by waiting and send one polite nudge per row past its follow up date. Short, specific, and logged.

Limits

• You enter roles by hand. There is no auto apply and no job board sync, so the data stays accurate.
• This does not write your resume and it is not career advice. It tracks what you did. You choose the roles and write the bullets.
• Tracking helps you follow up and prep, but it cannot promise outcomes. Hiring depends on fit, timing, and many things outside a sheet.
• Add people you actually contacted. This is not a contact scraper, so do not import lists you do not have permission to use.

Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets. Filters, sorting, and editing work the same. You can keep it in Drive or download it again as .xlsx.

How do I track different resume versions?
Each time you tailor a resume, save it with a clear name and add a row in Resume Versions. Note what you changed and which application it went to. When a recruiter calls, you know exactly which file they have.

How does the STAR scorecard work?
Write one row per story. Fill Situation, Task, Action, and Result in plain sentences, then score clarity and result proof from 1 to 5. If a score is low, tighten that part. Aim for a story you can tell in about two minutes without rushing.

What is the refund policy?
